The real war is between doing vs being.
Interesting what you said last week, how you have to “appear” busy to fit in.
I have noticed myself doing this also when i run into relatives. Or just speak with parents. Or old friends.
I just tell them mostly what they want to hear otherwise drama ensues.
We are embarassed to just be and exist.

Once we heal & purify, everything comes up.

For hyper sensitive people like me, this is often way too much. Cant handle it. So go back to oldways.
But keep coming back because the high is higher than any drug and lasts longer without the comedowns.
In fact, drugs are a mimick of that heart opening sensation. That is why they are so fucking addictive.
This is a phase one must get through to see the real beauty.
