I like the framework the author has created to manage and assess our energies. It’s a nice combination of self-help + new age concepts all in one system. But the ficional small business story felt quite superficial and unrealistic. The second half of the book felt rushed and poorly thought out. That said, because I want to dive deeper into this stuff, I decided to join IPEC which is the coaching training built around this. Cautiously optimistic. Needed a change.
