Listened to audiobook narrated by Matt Furey. Kind of had it in the background so not really focused. The narration is terrible and not at all engaging or interesting.
The content might be more valuable but have also tried to read the book in the past and couldn’t get into it. Might try again in the future and who knows, maybe the book is actually good. The premise is interesting…
I think there are much better books on this topic. The best I have read is Beyond Positive Thinking.
