The plot is too calculated. I think Bobby’s been watching the same movies as me. Fight club, vanilla sky, cuckoo’s nest. The prose doesn’t have enough depth. The dialogue is flat. Wanted to quit after 80 pages but then persisted so i could write this review and get another notch in my books read. Boom. Have tried to listen to Logic’s music a few times, it’s not bad but never fell in love with it. I can’t figure out this fame thing. I don’t wanna play that game. This is just not a very good novel. If the author was a friend of mine i would probably lie to him with something more encouraging than this. I’m too weak to be honest in real life. I save it all for the internet. What else can i get away with?
