I find this kind of stuff incredibly inspiring! Our inner ecology is a reflection of the outer ecology. So step one is to feed your body and nourish your spirit with real foods that are alive and beautiful. Your heartmind will bloom! Like Earth, you have incredible healing abilities when you align with the ways of Natural Law.
Do you feel chaos, worry, doubt and overwhelm? It’s okay. I feel it too. Relax into it. No more running. Let it in. Let it be. Let it go. It takes practice… sometimes the waves are too much. I get it. Stop wanting more. Want less. We already have enough. Want what you have.
The ego explosion that occured 6000 years because of the great drying of the Sahara dessert, put humans on a path towards chaos, capitalism and destruction. But perhaps it was necessary to go through this? To learn and grow. Buddha called it “suffering”. I call it history of the Fall.
Now we are on the edge of survival between our egoic ways of the past and the dawning of a new age… HOMO SPIRITUS!
I think by now you know where I stand. It really comes down to a choice between fear and love. The former leads to war while the latter is an infinite creative flow of joy and wonder without boundaries.
Ego is a false identification with an over-stimulated nervous system. This becomes the ultimate addiction when most of our lives are spent living this way and we are brainwashed to see no other way. But there is another way. And I will show you and shower you with it so you will see what I see. Feel what I feel.
