A lot of friends send me all this negative stuff on telegram. I know we are living in some crazy times. Just remember to not get addicted to the fear. Its tempting and easy because it is everywhere. Fear is for the spiritually (and emotionally) lazy. Lots of beautiful stuff also happening. Birds singing. Flowers growing. Incredible humans creating great things. I prefer to focus more on that. Otherwise these media scumbags and politicians win and take over our minds. Look at them. They are wearing stupid costumes and tense as trees. They don’t care about you or anyone. They just want your vote and money. They are con artists and criminals. In fact I personally focus on the love 100% or as much as possible (sometimes i forget and fall into my own traps, ego is cunning). Love, beauty, truth, joy, movement, creativity, fun, etc. I notice big difference in my mood and life enjoyment. The inner weather. All news is propaganda. Mainstream or alternative, doesn’t matter. Create your own news. Create the world you wanna live in. Become the kind of person you envision and the one that would help make this NEW AGE reality possible. One life. Make the most of it. You are the star. What else we got? I wanna die knowing at least I did the best i could to make the earth mother a little happier. And helped ease the wounds of the broken. MRN
