Reflections of Reflexionz
Some random shots from adventures and other shenanigans or stuff I thought might be worth seeing on a feed somewhere in space (like earth). Things you might not see too often or ever. At least in this light. Millions of new songs. You haven’t even heard the millions of old ones. But they keep coming.
Its been a strange summer. Full of surprises. Big breakthroughs. Deep insights. Hard crashes and burn outs. Survived and at times even thrived. Wrote a lot. Classic novels. Learned chess notation. Studying the games of the masters with my wooden board. Learning a lot. Chess and guitar very similar. Aspirations towards mastery regarding both. These are not team games. Require time, solitude, stillness, focus and the music of Bach.
Went back to the gym this morning to take it all out on the big bag and release the fury! My jab is getting better and right hook could knockout god with a small g. But too many frozen pizzas and cheap beer in recent weeks to make a sustaining effort. Need to work on my endurance. Extreme diets and fasts always send me to bingeville. Reading a book about that. Actually many books. Every book is a self help book. Why else would you read?
I still believe… in social media. Right now I feel incredibly happy and excited. Maybe its all these damn supplements I just started taking! It never lasts though but I believe it can, I really do. How? By allowing ALL experience to just unfold and surrender to it. That is the supreme understanding of Tantra. There is no path or progress or time. That is more yoga and western analytical logic ego mind. Freedom and happiness becomes a destination. Why not just start there?
