Note to self: Thriving health & fitness is the ultimate pleasure
This is written for myself. The “you” I’m referring to is “me”. Take what you want from it and then leave it alone. Constructive feedback/thoughts are welcome. I just thought I’d share this with you. I am taking some huge steps towards overcoming all my addictions and erroneous thought processes. If I was king, this is the world we would be living in; and it would be because everybody WANTS to live like this not against their will.

Regarding the pleasures associated with eating, partying, celebrating, etc: Are you willing to compromise your health for a pleasure that is a short-sighted illusion to begin with? Can you really call “doing something that is bad for your body and this planet” a pleasure? The world of culinary arts at least in their most popular form is something that we should put behind us. It is apart of human culture but it is threatening to our well being and completely unnecessary for the future of our race. We no longer need restaurants, cookbooks, stoves, microwaves, bars, clubs, drugs or anything else that supports the mentality of the human being who posseses and destroys.
