This is fun! Here are some more:
Goals without commitment are still only wishes.
When values are clear, decicions are easy.
Dr. Graham’s first rule of holes: When you find yourself ina hole fromwhich you wish to escape, first you must stop digging.
Dr. Graham’s second ruleof holes: Digging more slowly will not get you out of the hole you currently find yourself in.
You cannot experience health to a greater degree than you practice health.
We were born with everything we need to thrive. No one was born with a stove on their back.
If you try to break Nature’s laws, Nature will break you.

Fresh, ripe, raw, organic, plant, foods.
If starches look like more than the paste they are, you need to eat more fruit.

Would you give it to a baby?

I think it goes: “whole, fresh, ripe, raw, organic, plant (foods)”.
I have heard him say it slightly different at different times.
Since I almost never use all capitalization- I am going to enthusiastically communicate with text the way I think a cheerleader might.
WHOLE!
FRESH!
RIPE!
RAW!
ORGANIC!
PLANT- FOODS!

Doug Grahams reply to someone who says “How’s your rabbit food?”
“Fine thanks. How’s your vulture food?” -

Do vegan women swallow? – Doug Graham
This girl came up to me today and said she recognised me from the vegan club.
I was confused, I’d never met herbivore. -

I think about that everytime I reach the checkout counter at Whole Foods.

excuse me but my children LOVE school and their teachers are excellent..they do a better jb than I do at times..they are educating my children and my children are learning how at a young age to interact with other children…learning to work things out amongst themselves at times..I would say that was a very big plus…Not so sure home schooling is the right choice for everyone…I would not be so judgmental over this…I hated school as a child b/c my teachers sucked, but my children love it…so go figure
