Thought I would use this platform for only business related content but that is a terrible idea. What the hell do I know about business? I’m a complete failure in almost all things in life except music, poetry and writing. And even with those, I’m still a nobody. So I’m just gonna do what I always do, roll with the punches. I go through different phases and moods. Sometimes I am mister kumbaya space cadet. Other times I am down and out hedonist. Been looking for a way to integrate those somehow.
People don’t buy products.
They buy solutions to urgent problems!
PULL marketing is much more powerful than PUSH marketing. Dont under-estimate the power of mystery and intrigue. Make them beg for it. Give them hoops to jump through. Be the hot girl every guy wants. Or the master at the top of the mountain everyone wants to learn from. Test them. Throw them out the window if they are not serious.
SALES SECRET: make people an offer so good they would feel stupid saying no.
Make sure your standards are very high for the people you surround yourself with. Track records dont matter as much as the connection/chemistry you have. Ask them about their failures and how they dealt with that or will in the future. And make sure their standards are high too. Demand them to demand you at your best. This goes for romance too btw.
You are the CEO of your life and these people are helping you build your empire just as much as you are helping them build theirs. Aim high and be explicit about your intentions. We all want to live in a world where everyone on the street is happy and wealthy. Right now humanity is in a state of immaturity and mediocrity. And its all our fault because we tolerate too much incompetence in all fields.

Do these 2-3hrs per day (each pillar) for 10 years or you can have phases where you prioritise one over the other depending on where you’re at. Dont worry about the trivial stuff (like metrics) until you can afford to outsource them. For now focus on the macro (these 4 pillars). Do it for yourself first and foremost otherwise you will fail (you cannot fake this). Build it and they will come.
A decade is just to get you started and also a test to determine if you really want it. This process is an endless wonderland of discovery. Everything else will find you: awards, money, recognition, etc. There are no short cuts, sorry (despite what some wannabes tell you on social media to sell their “6pack” courses and make you even worse off). Success is yours if you want it. Just takes time. Play the long game. NEVER GIVE UP! Bon voyage.
