Vegan diet is very difficult for people who are highly addicted to the hormones in meat. These are very stimulating for your body, mind and nervous system. You are tense, anxious, wired and probably also addicted to sex, alcohol, caffeine and other drugs. Anything that stimulates you. You don’t like calm.
I know because that was me. It took me 15 years to finally crack the code.
Now vegan for life and never going back to meat, alcohol, caffeine, porn, drugs (which are all essentially the same addiction —> high stimulation and overwhelm/busy/anxiety state).
Ego is a false identification with an over-stimulated nervous system.

How to go vegan?
Transition with the fake meats and vegan junk food for first 2 months or longer if necessary. This is not a healthy diet for you but it’s progress in your development because now you are no longer causing pain and suffering to others. Only yourself.
Next step is to quit the sugar, gluten, oil, salt, soy (fermented okay) and other junk. Whole food plant based diet. Eat as much raw foods as possible: fruit, veg, nuts, seeds. Do a juice fast/feast. Smoothies. Herbs. Detox your system from all the junk.
Then go raw vegan. Vegan for the animals/planet and raw vegan for your health. That is the ultimate goal. Cooked food is poison and the root of all evil (the fall of man).
We can get back to paradise. It starts with you and me. Create paradise within your own body and mind. Heart and spirit. Then in your home. Your people. Your work. Paradise is the most contagious and marketable concept in history. Everyone wants it. We can have it. It’s totally possible. Just takes courage to change. Paradise. Heaven. Euphoria. This is what Jesus talked about.
Christ is a feeling, not a person.
True love, freedom and truth and joy for all of us. I know you know and feel it. Keep going towards the light. Towards me and people like me. Who will die for the truth and for the love. We are the true earth beings and citizens of the sun.
Guns are for losers. War is for losers. Politics is for losers. These people are severely constipated! Look at them. It’s pathetic. They need us too. Everyone thinks they will save us. No!!! We will save them. Poets and mystics run this world. FOREVER and always.
Anyways, I’m back. Hungrier and juicier and more ambitious than ever. Integrated. Watch out! I will not tolerate bullshit nor lies or violence or war and hatred any longer. Or hypocrisy. I am the next evolution of the human species. And there are many of us out there. United States of Higher Selves!
